Forward deployed engineering scales through a practice, not through heroic individuals: pod design, an internal playbook, reusable accelerators and outcome governance. This training is for the managers and directors who own that practice, and it treats vendor forward deployed teams as a force multiplier rather than a substitute for internal capability.

This instructor-led, live training (online or onsite) is aimed at engineering managers, delivery directors and practice leads responsible for building or scaling a forward deployed function who wish to staff pods, codify a playbook, govern outcomes and grow a durable internal deployment capability.

This training is about leading a forward deployed practice. It does not teach the hands-on engineering covered in the practitioner courses, and it is not a general leadership or project management programme.
